fsl.wrappers.fnirt

This module provides wrapper functions for the FSL FNIRT tool, used for performing non-linear registration of 3D images.

fnirt	Wrapper for the fnirt command.
applywarp	Wrapper for the applywarp command.
invwarp	Wrapper for the invwarp command.
convertwarp	Wrapper for the convertwarp command.
