This module provides the feast() function, a wrapper for the FSL FEAT command.

fsl.wrappers.feat.feat(fsf)

Parameters:

fsf – Input fsf (configuration) file

fsl.wrappers.feat.featquery(featdirs, stats, outputRootName, mask, **kwargs)

Wrapper for the featquery command.
