Contributors

We are very grateful to the many people who have made BigMac possible. Some of the key contributors are:

  • Amy Howard: project lead - involved in all aspects of the data acquisition, curation and analysis.

  • Istvan Huszar: developed the TIRL software and protocol for co-registration of the MRI-microscopy data.

  • Adele Smart: acquired and processed the microscopy data, including co-registration to MRI with hand drawn masks.

  • Michiel Cottaar: developed protocol for multiple diffusion tensor encoding.

  • Greg Daubney: processed tissue for microscopy, including sectioning, staining and mounting.

  • Taylor Hanayik: developed software for the Digital Brain Bank platform for downloading and viewing the data.

  • Alexandre Khrapitchev: optimised scanning protocols and acquired postmortem MRI.

  • Rogier Mars: provided high resolution MRI protocol and advised on data processing and analysis.

  • Jeroen Mollink: developed software and protocols for polarised light imaging and structure tensor analysis.

  • Connor Scott: facilitated slide scanning.

  • Nicola Sibson: facilitated postmortem MR scanning.

  • Jerome Sallet: lead in vivo data acquisition, provided project oversight and original MRI protocol, and facilitated MR acquisition and tissue processing for microscopy.

  • Saad Jbabdi: project oversight - supervised all aspects of data acquisition, curation and analysis.

  • Karla Miller: project oversight - supervised all aspects of the data acquisition, curation and analysis.
